Delete your Taskora account
Request deletion of your account and personal data. No sign-in or app download needed.
Taskora is operated by Arora IKE (Arora Private Company).
Start your request
Fill in your account details to prepare an email to support@taskora.gr. You’ll need to send the email yourself.
What happens next
- Send your email to support@taskora.gr. You can also write to us directly.
- We may ask for information to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.
- We normally reply within one month of receiving your request. Complex requests may take up to two more months; we’ll explain any extension within the first month. This is the reply deadline, not a deadline for deleting all records.
- We confirm the outcome and explain any data we need to keep. You can also request deletion in the Taskora app’s account settings.
What happens to your data
We delete your account and the profile details, contact information, private content and files that qualify for deletion. Shared tasks, messages and reviews may be deleted or stripped of personal details. Some shared records may need to stay to protect other users’ rights or resolve disputes.
We may keep some records for payments, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal duties. These periods follow our Privacy Policy; they are not legal minimums for all records.
| Records | How long we keep them |
|---|---|
| Some financial records | 2,555 days from your request, or longer if a later expiry is already set. |
| Some audit, moderation and support records | 1,095 days from your request, or longer if a later expiry is already set. |
| Selected usage and marketing attribution data | Usually 400 days. This does not cover every log or diagnostic record. |
| Shared records and records held for legal reasons | Only as needed for other users’ rights, disputes or legal duties. We review the need when the reason ends. |
| Backups and records held by providers | Deletion may take time. Restricted backups stay out of normal use; we repeat deletion if they’re restored. Providers may keep records for their own legal duties. |
We’ll explain what we keep, why and for how long. Fully anonymous statistics can’t normally be linked to you for deletion.
